Setup in 2014 after gaining experiencing working for other companies, owner James realised there was a space in the market for not only providing exceptional cleaning results, but a friendly, reliable and professional services, using both his own window cleaning experience and over 15 years in customer service roles. JB Windows & Exterior Cleaning was set up with the ethos of providing the best customer service, well maintained schedulding system and overall to build an excellent relationship base to meet customers needs and requirements.
By utilising a combination of the pure water system and traditional window cleaning techniques, we can provide a competitive, reliable and trustworthy service every time. The pure water system allows us to reach heights of up to 40ft, without the use of a ladder. This allows us to provide the safest cleaning possible and work alongside health and safety guidelines. Sills & Frames are done every time. Moss, algae, lichen - these substances can build up on a neglected roof, multiplying and spread while you sit below, completely unaware of the damage being inflicted on your property.
James and his colleague visited our property last week to clear out all our guttering and clean all the windows, guttering and conservatory. They managed to remove years of unsightly buildup from the guttering and did a fantastic job of clearing out the guttering and cleaning all the external windows, frames and the conservatory, including the top of the conservatory. I thought the cost of the work was very reasonable, and in fact the chaps spent far longer than I expected to do the work as they did such a thorough job. I will be continuing to use them for ongoing window cleaning and cannot recommend highly enough. Best service I have had for years from genuinely friendly and helpful people. Thanks again.
