I will visit your property/site for free with no obligation to discuss ideas and the feasibility of your scheme. Advice will be given to decide which route to take Permitted Development or Full Planning Application and any possible fees required for both the Planning and Building Regulation Applications. Also advice about any other consultants (E.G Flood Risk Reports, Structural Engineers etc) that may be required which I will be happy to consult with on your behalf throughout your project.
