Architectural Design
We combine creativity with practicality and can take you through every step of the process from initial ideas and plans to mood boards and interior design concepts right through the maze of planning applications, building regulations and consents to budgets, tenders, appointing a builder, contracts and project management.

Leanne always gives a professional service at all times, she gets information back to us promptly which is of huge importance when continually having to meet challenging deadlines in our ever demanding business. Nothing is too much trouble and she always has a 'can do' attitude!
Leanne takes the strain out of the seemingly growing mounds of legislation that has to be adhered to when undertaking new builds and has been a great help to us on recent projects. We would highly recommend using House Gecko for any architectural and interior design work.

Our project posed many many difficulties. We required an extension to our balcony, underpinning for our balcony and an entirely new design for the balcony to be considered and designed. We also required internal modifications to be completed also. Our garden is sloped with differing levels to work with to make it even more of a complex project. I was recommended House Gecko for the architecture and interior design and all I can say, is thank goodness I was. Leanne has been an absolute dream to work with, she has listened to our needs and worked with us so effortlessly, it has been a pleasure working with her. Leanne has always been so quick to respond to my many questions, queries and she knows all the about the rules surrounding a build in a conservation area.
I would highly recommend Leanne, she has designed a fabulous balcony for us, made us think outside the box and come up with ideas we wouldn't have thought of. Thank you Leanne and I look forward to working with you again soon.

We had trouble with Shropshire Council in getting retrospective planning for our garage conversion, Leanne was brill in drawing up our plans, she was very helpful in our process which came to a satisfactory conclusion for ourselves. Thank you for our unique, amazing space, we absolutely love it! House Gecko managed our project from start to finish, leaving us the time to enjoy the best bits. Leanne fully encompassed our sometimes whacky design ideas whilst also giving us the benefit of her own innovative and creative expertise.
