It's not easy working out how to create more space by yourself and you might be considering using an architect but are unsure how architects work and how much this will cost. For this reason we offer a charity consultation scheme; for your 40 donation to one of our *favourite charities we will meet you for an hour for an initial consultation at your home. The following is an outline of how we work to help you create the best possible space in your home or maybe to help you build a new house - we love designing a house from scratch!
Spacemaker Architects is a partnership between Adam Roake, Catriona Campbell and Louisa Clifford that combines Adam's creativity, knowledge and successful experience with Louisa's latest thinking, energy and enthusiasm whilst Catriona provides the marketing expertise. In November 2020 we were delighted to welcome Ben Roake to the Practice as an Associate Architect. Adam graduated from Cambridge University and has been working as an architect and property developer since 1982. He also runs Urbanise which is currently developing Orchard Farm in Kennington, Ashford.
