PEEK Architecture + Design is a vibrant, design focused, architecture and interior design practice, founded by chartered Architect and Bartlett graduate, Georgina Turvey in 2006, along with associate Neal Newland. The practice has continued to develop predominantly through referrals, many who are now long-term clients. We enable our clients to create exceptional and uplifting spaces, but with our feet firmly on the ground. We design our award winning, bespoke kitchens for many of our projects. From initial design, to construction drawings and specifying appliances and worktops. We work with our favourite joiners to produce unique kitchens which are tailored to each client and project. Our traditional style kitchens include the use of panelled doors and traditional fittings, some also with industrial elements.
From initial design, to construction drawings and specifying sanitaryware, tiles and stone, we tackle each bathroom design as a unique project. Our modern bathrooms contain clean lines and useful bespoke joinery, mixing textures and tiles.
Our shelving and storage joinery is carefully considered relating to the space it inhabits and a detailed client's brief. Veneer and finishes are created and chosen, and each junction and panel is positioned and designed to the mm.
Meet with prospective clients to discuss requirements and a general brief without charge after which a fee proposal is provided for their review. Once appointed we clarify the brief in more detail, listening to the clients' requirements and expectations and providing sketches and images. A full set of proposal drawings will be produced ready to be reviewed with the client at a meeting, after which a final set of proposal drawings will be compiled. These will be used for planning and listed building applications and by engineers and party wall surveyors.
Our traditional style bathrooms contain classic sanitaryware, tiling and joinery styles, and often mix more modern stones and details. Bespoke joinery creates interesting key pieces and efficient storage.
