We are Alpha Architects Ltd (Co No:11098914) trading as Nic Antony Architects. We are an RIBA Chartered Architectural practice with extensive experience covering all aspects of design and construction for residential, commercial, community and developer driven projects. We have been established for over 12 years providing architectural advice and services from our head office in Buckhurst Hill (Essex) and Docklands (London). We bring experience, creativity and practicality to all projects, however large or small.

We understand the success of commercial projects such as restaurants, bars and cafs will very much depend on the ambience created which will attract customers into these spaces. We have over 20 years of Residential experience, most of which has been successfully completing projects within the London and Essex areas with the occasional international project. We offer the Full Architectural service from an initial free consultation to completion, followed by a thorough and engaging design process which aims to maximize the client's brief and budget. We have experience in Community projects that include schools, churches, nurseries, charity and community centres. We especially enjoy being involved in local community projects whereby our input can really make a difference to improving the quality of services for local people as well participating in local community activity.

We can assist you with extending and re-modelling your property to include extensions, loft/garage conversions, basements, landscaping, refurbishments, internal re-modelling as well as new build dwellings. We offer the Full Architectural service from an initial free consultation to completion. Most residential projects will fall into four stages. Some projects may not require Planning Approval and we will advise you of this at the initial free consultation. The design process commences with us visiting your property to undertake a detailed measured survey followed by us producing detailed existing drawings.
