This Roof in Norwich needed some urgent repair. We did a quick survey with the help of scaffolding from our sister company Roofing and Scaffold. We determined we need to remove all the existing ridge work and then cement a new ridge. These images above from the project. We have Roofing and Scaffold. We striped the chimney down and applied two coats of plaster before repainting. Then the top courses of brick we re-pointed to provide a long lasting repair to the chimney.

Your soffit board is tucked beneath the fascias board along the straight edge of your roof. At street level, it is the component of your roof that is the most visible. Some soffits can be created so that they allow air ventilation into your roof area, although most days ventilation over the top of the fascias board is the preferred choice of many. Ventilation is important as without it, condensation will form in the roof void, thus increasing the risk of damage and decay - especially in older, timber-made roofs.
Eastern Roofing were asked replace a large degrading flat roof in Luton. The roof was a 800m2 flat asphalt roof. We cleared the roof, applied a bitumen primer and fixed 5mm high performance grey felt to all areas. We also put a fibreglassed roofing system around the air conditioning units. It was a 2 week project and completed on time.
