We are an established timber frame manufacturer of high quality frames, trussed rafters and engineered joists. We place customer service at the top of our agenda and as a result have built a reputation for quality, cost effectiveness and great communication at all levels across our business. From our very early days Merronbrook have been helping first time and experienced self-builders with site specific timber products for a wide range and scale of building projects. Working as part of a supply chain or on site as subcontractors Merronbrook understand the absolute need for performance whilst maintaining strict adherence to programme dates.

Located on a five acre site in North East Hampshire, Merronbrook, a timber frame specialist, designs, manufactures, assembles and supplies Timber Frames, Trussed Rafters and Floor Joists. Having all of our specialist services based in one location provides shortened lines of communication between all departments, greatly assisting with our quality control and production management processes. We have three dedicated design teams to undertake the design and prepare specifications for the Timber Frames, Trussed Rafters and Floor Joists we manufacture.

Merronbrook works closely with local and regional builders to deliver superb projects that incorporate site specific CAD designed and CNC cut timber frames, joists and trusses. Working closely with builders is key to any successful construction and forms the basis of our customer relationship policy. Our specialist timber teams are always available to discuss your timber frame project, whether it's conceptual or actual. It may be advice or tentative pricing that is needed at the outset - whatever the question we are here to help.

Merronbrook stores all stock timber in purpose made undercover cantilever racking to provide quick and easy access for both inward bound stock and stock awaiting processing. The open ends of our storage units allow for natural air circulation preserving our timber stock in first class condition ready for fabrication.

The manufacture of steel and concrete has an enormous environmental cost so it is vital that we seek a more sustainable alternative. For over 25 years, Merronbrook has been assisting a wide range of customers with their timber roof truss requirements as one of the most reliable and experienced roof truss manufacturers and suppliers. In this time we have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in many different sectors of the construction industry, including residential and commercial markets. Raised tie trusses are used to increase the height of a ceiling in a room by their placement above the wall plate. Our product range includes a variety of types of roof trusses, typically scissor-profiled roof trusses, raised-tie collars and attic trusses.

Merronbrook is a Hampshire based Timber Frame, Trussed Rafters and Joists supplier. We have regular delivery rounds covering distribution area of London, Surrey and Hampshire. Additionally, our regular rounds also cover parts of Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Sussex and Essex. We will deliver further afield and to specific locations on request, however, delivery charges may apply. Merronbrook has two sales divisions; Timber Frame and Joists & Rafters. So, when asked if we could help with an inner city new timber frame build project, with a 6 week timber frame erection period - and restricted site access between buildings of only 2.7m wide - we were only too pleased to accept.

Located in a woodland setting Merronbrook Ltd fully understands the need for protecting our environment. We are committed to this goal and work hard at reducing any environmental impact caused by our operation as a manufacturer & supplier of timber based products and to the prevention of pollution as a result of our business. We heat all of our factory buildings and offices via dedicated wood burning boilers using our untreated off-cuts as fuel. This ensures our carbon footprint is minimised and energy costs are kept to a minimum.
