Key Architectural Design Ltd was founded in 2006, by David Taylor and the name based upon "unlocking the potential of all buildings whether an existing space or new build."

Our strength is in our innovation, excellent service levels and reputation for good advice and best solutions for purpose. All team members are highly trained and have the ability to listen to your needs and convert them into reality. David studied at the City of Birmingham Polytechnic, now Birmingham City University, and has over 30 years experience in Architectural Technology and the construction industry. Before setting up Key Architectural Design Ltd, David worked for a number of architectural practices and developers undertaking projects from simple domestic extensions to multi million pound residential, school, universities, healthcare and office developments.
