FMflex has been designed to comply with the Joint Code of Practice on the Protection from Fire of Construction Sites and Buildings Undergoing Renovation. The system offers 30 minute fire resistance, with fire alarms, fire rated windows and firestops to pipes and ventilation all supplied as standard.

My position is Company Buyer for Wernick Buildings and I'm responsible for purchasing everything in the factory. I purchase everything from the steel, timber, windows and doors that go into our buildings to the tools and equipment used on the lines. I also have to manage the factory's stock levels and make sure everything is delivered in good time. It is a very interesting job, as I am involved in every project that goes through the factory. My main challenge is making sure we get the best prices and quality of material and ensuring materials are here on time for the start of production.
