Refused to acknowledge my rights under Consumer Rights Act when raised issue with water shoes that caused pain for me and my wife ordering our usual size shoes. If customer service dealing with issues is important to you then suggest you steer clear. The cheapest price is not always the best route!
Ordered online through Amazon unaware they were literally around the corner. They contacted me to let me know that I could pick my buoyancy aid up and get refunded the postage. Which I did. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely use again.
