Childs Anna

Anna Childs is a cabinet-maker with over 20 years self-employment and teaching experience. Much of Anna's time is spent teaching cabinetry to adults, both young and old, but in her free time she enjoys designing and making her own furniture. She regularly exhibits her work; including an annual invitation to exhibit at Holmfirth Artweek. Anna is interested in making furniture for our everyday lives using simple forms and elegant shapes. At the moment she is using colour in her work by working with Valchromat (a coloured engineered board) together with European Oak.
