We understand that when a fireplace is sold its not just for the first year but for many years to come, we welcome all our customers to contact us direct for annual gas fire servicing. Gas appliances should be serviced every 12 months, by a Gas Safe Registered Specialist. To have any solid fuel appliances inspected and serviced, whether you have purchased a simple gas fire or solid fuel stove, you can contact us to service the appliance replacing the necessary parts and testing the appliance and flue to ensure its safe working and performing efficiently.

Lining a chimney can ensure a safe insulated flue system from the appliance through the property to the outside terminal. With old brick built chimneys over the years the condition of the brick work will become warn and damaged through use and weathering. When the original lining of the old flue becomes unsound, the particles of the combustion and toxic fumes can leak from the flue into the neighbouring flues and other parts of the home. A chimney sweep or smoke test can be carried out to investigate the condition of a flue, we always ensure that a chimney has been inspected and certified before any appliance is installed by us, and if you would like us to carry out the full service of checking your chimney and fitting your fireplace we are more than happy to do so.

A new addition to our showroom services is the ability to provide CAD drawings with dimensions of all items supplied and installed. Our uniquely located showrooms are in Wimbledon Chase. On visiting our showroom you will find many live working fires and stoves and truely vision the end result. The showrooms have four large sections each section has a different style and set up to inspire and give customers ideas for their new potential fireplaces. With so many live displays and wood burning demonstrations, the showrooms offers more than just a browse, it's a hub for our customers to experience the fires before they buy. Combined with a Sales team of qualified HETAS engineers it is well worth a visit before buying a new fireplace or stove.

We offer Fireplace surveys from our qualified HETAS engineer & fireplace consultant. Once an initial enquiry has been made, and an estimate of costs have been given by our sales team, our surveyor can carry out a visit to confirm these costs and all the technical, flue and installation requirements. You can either call, email, or visit our showroom where our sales team can advise you, give you an indication of costs and then organize a fireplace survey to suit you.

Gas Stoves can offer high heating outputs with very authentic highly decorative fires. They are available in traditional styles but also as wonderful contemporary features, that can be placed more dynamically in the home as free standing fires. With various flue options such as balanced flue versions, they can be used as a feature where there is no chimney. The installation team consists of a surveyor, Installation Manager, and three teams of fully qualified HETAS and Gas safe registered engineers. We pre-visit, manage, prepare, and complete the installation all from the same premise as our showroom which means we have an excellent communication with the sales team. Members of each team overlap each other so everyone fully understands what it takes to make sure you not only receive a great product but a 5 star service to go with it. Because all work is managed in house there are no grey areas of who is responsible for your fireplace, unlike a company only interested in sales that would sub contract an installer who then accepts no responsibility and plays the blame game at your expense and time.
