They were very helpful when it came to getting the right size carpet for my son's room. The carpet itself is very high quality, and it vacuums lovely, there's no overshedding. It looks really good and he's made up with it, nice and soft on the feet. Hardly andy new carpet smell which is good. I got him a new bed which had no smell, as being autistic he is quite adverse to this, so it was good his carpet didn't have that overly chemical smell too. The fitting was done quickly and efficiently, and was perfect. Was great value too. Highly recommend.

We were provided with an excellent service by Richie's carpets. Extremely professional in both the selection of carpet and fitting. Everything explained clearly and were very friendly. Carpet was delivered on time. Fitting was carried out carefully and we are very happy with the final product. Would definitely recommend to others.
Terrible customer service. Recommends a floor after inspecting and measuring where it was to be fitted which then bubbles before any commercial use. Fitted by spraying adhesive just around the edge of the whole floor, nothing used to adhere the main floor area! Tried to blame the manufacturer and yes we have this in a letter from you. The problem is with the fitting not the vinyl flooring. I was witness to constant lies, abuse and total unprofessionali sm from a cowboy carpet man! This has been going on now for 3 months, during which time the floor is deteriorating and is now a trip hazard. Told to wait until he is back from holiday on 4th August, but wait for what? All we want is the floor we paid for. You tried to cut corners with your fitting costs and this is what happens. Your customer service is appalling and I am so glad the calls were recorded! Court action is now commencing. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

Covid Update: On Thursday21st our fitters returned to commence clearing our backlog of orders, placed pre lockdown. Our showroom reopened on Monday 25th May and all of our suppliers/ manufacturers are back in production again.
