The Manager Mr Dennis Spry and Contracts Manager Mrs Joanne Lavenia are responsible for the daily running of the company and are always available to assist in any of your cleaning requirements. With Health & Safety guidelines, insurance clauses and company regulations dictating the working height restriction for employed daily cleaning staff namely areas not exceeding 2m, it is your responsibility to ensure that all areas are cleaned as stated under the Factories Act 1961. The work comprises of high level areas to walls, ceilings, roof trusses, light fittings, pipe work, ventilation ductwork, extract fans canopies, gutter cleaning and any inaccessible areas.
Weekly management meetings are held to engage in up to minute details on current contracts to include health & safety issues and to discuss future pending contracts, start dates etc. Management, employees and any sub-contractors engaged by Hygienic Cleaning Company (UK) Ltd are committed to ISO 9001:2015 and working to the systems and procedures set out in our documented quality system. All our staff to include any sub-contractors engaged by Hygienic are trained and very experienced. All training records are held on file and can be produced in hard copy.
