Pelican Property Services is a shop fitting, office fit out and property maintenance services company covering London, Kent and most of the UK. Pelican was established in 1985 and has therefore been trading for 35 years. The business specialises in shop and office fit outs, retail and business park maintenance and general building works. We are members of the SafeContractor scheme. Geographically, although based in the South East, we cover the whole of the UK. Our popular "one-stop" service offers our clients a highly useful, time and money saving opportunity from the supply of CAD drawings and all consultancy to general construction, electrical installations and shop front glazing.
