Emerald cleaning are based in Medway Kent and provides a regular and reliable exterior cleaning service throughout the South East. From residential to commercial cleaning, we use the highest quality equipment and "pure water" to produce the best results.
Emerald cleaning is a fully established exterior cleaning company that has been trading since 2003. Our van mounted water fed pole system is fully mobile, enabling us to operate from a static position with a 200m radius. With our tallest pole reaching a safe working height of 50Ft we can clean to a high standard with both feet on the ground. We are fully insured and each of our staff are well presented wearing uniforms with company logos.
Using similar methods to our window cleaning service we can bring dirty fascia boards and gutters up to a clean high standard. In this process a diluted solution which is harmless to UPVC is used to soften dirt and mould. Using our water fed pole we can then loosen and rinse the UPVC to leave a spotless finish result. This service covers outside of gutters, fascia boards, soffit boards, UPVC cladding and downpipes.
Here at Emerald cleaning we offer a specialised gutter cleaning service using the very latest in gutter cleaning technology. We employ a ladder-less technique to clean your guttering using a high powered vacuum system with telescopic carbon tubing. From the ground we can safely clean gutters up to 50 FT. Using a wireless camera we can constantly monitor and check to ensure that all gutters are clean and unblocked. We clean all types of guttering including round, square, orge, deep flow and box guttering.
Emerald cleaning provide a regular and reliable window cleaning service that uses the latest pure water reach and wash systems. Using a water fed pole to clean windows is the safe alternative to traditional ladder methods. Flow can be controlled and pure water is pumped through a hose up a carbon fibre pole to a specialist cleaning brush. Frames and sills are clean first and then the glass. Once all the dirt is removed the glass is given a final rinse and windows are then left to dry naturally without the need to squeegee.
