We are now working on architectural projects in Brough, Romaldkirk, West Lothian, and Kent. Many of the buildings upon which we advise suffer problems of water penetration through roofs, walls, and basements, or are experiencing severe condensation, and we are pleased to advise upon failures of construction, or of design.
Many professional bodies require their members to undertake continuing professional development (CPD) throughout their professional career. Since 1993 we have been committed to the preparation and presentation of focused CPD for Architects in the form of seminars. All JPA events are designed and presented by architects, to architects for the benefit of architects. Our technical presentations are based on our experience as practising Architects engaged in a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects, in building pathology and construction litigation, in research work with the BRE and product development for companies throughout Europe and the USA.
JPA offer a complete range of architectural and consultancy services, from pre-design advice, feasibility and brief preparation to delivery of the project on site, for new build, refurbishment and extension projects. We provide services to private and commercial clients, property developers and local authorities, solicitors and building contractors as well as to other architects. Our building pathology and expert witness work in connection with construction litigation give us a special understanding of what constitutes sound and durable construction.
