Established since 1983 Woodstock Design Associates has been involved in projects from the smallest of home extensions and alterations through to hospital wings, offices and new housing projects. The practice is a small family based unit based in Sittingbourne Kent and we are able to provide a personal but professional design service to projects of all sizes. We aim to guide clients through the pitfalls of the design and construction process offering advice on planning, conservation, building regulations and environmental matters associated with the increasingly complicated statutory approvals required.
Keith Plumb MCIAT formed the practice in 1983 having previously worked for prestigious London Architects practices, the Architects department of a local authority and was the Kent Area Architect and Surveyor to a leading national brewery. With over 30 years experience Woodstock Design Associates have worked successfully for private and public sector clients large and small and offer the same personal service to all in turning your project from an inspiration into a reality. Our designs range from contemporary modern architecture through to the very traditional for conservation areas or listed buildings.
