In House Building Design Ltd has been in existence since 2002, created to provide Housing Developers with a service akin to having their own 'in house' facility without the need for the increased overhead. Thereby allowing for the peaks and troughs that naturally occur within the house building industry. In House Building Design Ltd is a small company consisting of a single designer, a CAD technician and secretary. Since inception it is been our intention to provide a design service to a small select group of clients who require both an attention to detail together with additional input to enhance the standard architectural service.
