ML Cope Builders have been established for 34 years. We have vast experience of many types of building construction. Our aim is to be honest with customers and to provide them with a reliable, affordable high standard of workmanship. In 2002 I was short listed for Master Builder of the Year by the Federation of Master Builders for the renovation of a house at North Rode near Congleton. I was given a Building Excellence Award for this project. As part of our service we cover all areas in Staffordshire and Cheshire and occasionally further afield if required.
ML Cope has worked for many years in the area of building renovations from cottages to substantial houses and barn conversions. We are experienced in the use of heritage materials and can extend or restructure your property seamlessly in the original style. This involved the removal of render and the restoration of the brickwork to its original surface.
We have considerable experience in the area of structural repairs including work on heritage properties. We are happy to give quotes for insurance work.

Conservatories are one of the most popular pieces of building work and can enhance both living space and light in properties both large and small. Allowing you to enjoy your garden twelve months of the year. ML Cope can advise and build a conservatory to your individual specification using quality materials and construction methods. In this case the conservatory was a part of a large extension to the current house.
