We offer a complete service for the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation drawings with a free, no obligation initial consultation at your property to discuss your requirements. We cover all types of projects from extensions and loft conversion to new houses and commercial units and all of our visits are followed up with a written quotation explaining the necessary fees and processes involved. All existing properties are accurately measured with laser technology by one of our surveyors and electronic plans are then produced showing your existing property and your proposed alterations.
