Pro-Plan Projects is a small business of Consultants providing a range of Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering services from our offices in St Helens covering St Helens and Liverpool in Merseyside, Warrington in Cheshire amongst other places in the North West of England. The Directors draw on experience from a range of professional disciplines, providing a broad knowledge base and promoting a proactive approach to project delivery. The personal involvement of Directors in project delivery is seen as a key factor of our success.
We offer design services for the land developer, utilities manager, corporate builder, warehouse or business owner for sub division, parking development, roadways, earth retaining structures, dock bays, foundations inspection pits or drainage and attenuation engineering. We provide reports and feasibility studies, calculations, specifications and infrastructure design and layout. Our CAD software enables our layouts to be produced accurately and efficiently. We also recognise that many sites (particularly industrial) require maintenance surveys to ensure their safe up keeping to satisfy health and safety requirements, the environment agency, and to ensure structural integrity of supporting elements.
Carried out by our Professional Building Surveyors to assess the condition of a building and in particular, the structure, fabrics and components, finishes, services, safety requirements and also the general presentation of the property. This building survey acts as a 'health check' for the building or buildings in question. The condition of a building will be recorded in photographs together with notes and comments on the defects. A detailed condition survey usually undertaken prior to the handing over of a building to new tenants or prior to concluding an agreement.
As Structural Engineers we design a variety of structures ranging from Residential Houses to Commercial Office blocks / Warehouse units and Industrial Factories. We take responsibiliy for designing the framework that holds a building or structure together, to make it strong and flexible enough to withstand the loads and stresses put on it over its lifetime. Our interest in Architecture and Design allows us to integrate our skeleton structure into buildings in a seamless manner without compromising aesthetics.
Our aim is to provide an efficient architectural design service tailored to suit all clients. We are equally at home working with private clients, builders, self builders, developers or large businesses whether in the domestic or commercial sectors. We recognise that our clients have different needs. We therefore adopt a flexibility approach. Accordingly, we can offer any level of involvement in a project from providing Full Architectural services from conception to completion, to providing a part service in the form of design drawings and advice to obtain statutory consents.
