One of our first Autodesk Revit projects, we created a full 3D model for this stylish rear extension designed by Holden Harper Architects. Pole Structural Engineers have delivered a trio of modern detached houses for a Developer in this desirable area of Wimbledon. To achieve a solid, robust feel and to keep pace with the Main Contractors short lead times, in-situ reinforced concrete construction was utilised for its site flexibility. Simon Pole will shortly be presenting a talk on Party Walls for Engineers to the ASELB ( Association Of Structural Engineers For London Boroughs).
