Doug joined Scott White and Hookins in 1987. He became a Partner in 2001 and managing Partner in 2018. He shares his time between all SWH offices. He is a chartered structural and civil engineer and works extensively in the infrastructure, education, commercial, healthcare and event engineering sectors. Paul joined Scott White and Hookins in 1999 and became a Director in 2015 based at the Bedford office. He is an experienced civil/structural engineer and a qualified BREEAM Accredited Professional/ Assessor, leading our Sustainability and BREEAM consultancy teams across the practice.
