In recent years we are proud to have worked on a range of exciting projects with clients including, among others, UBS, Shaftesbury, Trident BC, EC Harris, Colliers CRE, ING and Canada Life. We often act as both architect and project manager, and are equally happy in charge of the whole project or "simply" the design elements. Equally, we have investor clients who refer to us on a consultancy basis for development strategy advice, where we are employed to maximise returns. Projects to date include complete building remodelling; development of additional office space; high security storage and logistics centre; mews-development live-work units; creation of office space within a listed building; new office/meeting space for a fashion house and a new branch facility for a charity.
We pride ourselves on our ability to find the right balance between site density, saleability and high quality living standards, offering schemes designed both to maximise returns and to create dwellings that are attractive and comfortable to inhabit. Projects to date have included the conversion of a listed church into 14 flats, development of new-build multi-unit residential developments, wholesale residential and mixed use development of office and apartment buildings and redevelopment of private houses.
