Able to call on the expertise of a number of construction professionals we specialise in small to medium size projects both domestic and commercial, from extensions and conversions of existing properties to new build. Specialising in small to medium construction projects in and around London CvW Associates was established in 1996 as Construction Consultants acting as CDM Coordinator (previously Planning Supervisors and also known as CDMC) for clients, as defined in the CDM Regulations. As well as acting as CDM Consultants for Contractors and Developers we also assist other professionals (architects, quantity surveyors and building engineers).
For developers we can act as both CDM Coordinator and CDM advisor preparing all the required documentation, relieving them of the burden of the additional paperwork. For contractors we can advise on their duties under the CDM Regulations and prepare the construction stage H&S plan for them, including if required the risk assessments and H&S method statements. Cris van Weelen has many years experience in the building industry as a surveyor, designer and project manager, with experience in central and local government and the private sector giving him a sound knowledge of all aspects of the construction process, including services and structures.
