Whether you're looking for a new efficient Combi boiler, radiator upgrades or improvements to your current gas or oil central heating, we can handle your new boiler installation. Boiler not working? Leaks? Central heating repair bills can be very costly, but there is a way of controlling those costs by taking out a Service Safe Plan. The Service Safe Plan covers parts, labour and an annual inspection. No matter how reliable your central heating system is in giving you warmth and plenty of hot water, there will inevitably come a time when some part of that system will fail and you could be faced with a large bill to settle when you can least afford it.
We are a Malvern-based family-owned firm, initially formed from the Service Department of the Modern Heating Company. Five fully trained and full-time Service Engineers carry out work on boilers of all types - oil and gas - in properties ranging from Starter Homes to Stately Homes across the Three Counties of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Karen Richards, the Office Manager, has access to a wide range of spare parts, and maintains contact with the Service Engineers, to ensure a rapid and effective response to any emergencies.
More and more of us are looking to Renewable Technologies to help reduce both our fuel bills and greenhouse gas emissions. HMS Ltd. can help, as we install Solar Thermal panels, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Air Source Heat Pumps. A Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) takes heat from the ground using pipework coils arranged horizontally in trenches or vertically in boreholes. The temperature of the ground below 1m in depth stays fairly stable at 8-12°C. An Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) takes heat from the outside air.
