Heating controls are a vital element of your commercial heating system. For multiple boiler installations a good boiler sequencer will help maximise the benefits of the commercial boiler plant. As commercial heating experts, we recommend maintaining a clean and protected heating circuit to improve the life of your system and protect new boilers. Error codes that are not listed and any work on commercial boilers and water heaters should only be investigated by a trained and competent person. Should an error code appear which cannot be reset, or an error code repeatedly occurs, contact our technical team for assistance. Do not continue to operate or use the boiler/water heater as this may cause damage to the controls.

But with decades of commercial heating experience, it's a statement we can confidently make. We've been making, selling and servicing boilers and water heaters for years, for all sorts of businesses across the UK. Our head office is based in Poole and we even name our boilers and hot water products after the Dorset countryside around us. The area of Purewell for example, near Christchurch, lends its name to our cast iron condensing boiler. Our Dorchester direct fired water heaters on the other hand are named after Dorset's county town which dates back as far as 4000BC and was home to and inspiration of English author and poet Thomas Hardy.
