In addition to Fulton boilers, we also supply new BIB Cochran and Byworth boilers, amongst many others. Should you have a specific manufacturer in mind, we have built-up strong relationships with many boiler manufacturers and as such can provide a full 'turn-key' service, from purchase to installation of your new boiler. We have a large selection of used hot water and steam boilers available at our purpose built workshop, ranging from as small as 12 kw up to 30,000 lbs of steam per hour.
Well-equipped engineer teams and service vehicles carry a full range of equipment for your needs, from a straight forward routine service, to full insurance survey and NDT examination. All engineers have vast experience and accredited certification to work with most leading UK boiler manufacturers. Our engineers are certified to work on both oil and gas installations. We also offer full service contract cover, from monthly to half-yearly visits, depending on your individual requirements. Our service coordinator is dedicated to organising interim visits and liaising with insurance companies to arrange annual surveys, hydraulic tests, ultrasonic tests, etc.
We maintain our own coded welders to BSEN287 standard, along with all the necessary equipment, to allow for D-patch repairs and re-tubing. All paperwork, which is authorised by the leading UK insurance companies, such as weld procedures, method statements and risk assessments, are prepared for all jobs. Our extensive knowledge of UK boilers involves the understanding of refractory materials and designs employed by different boiler companies. Whether it is a rear access door to be re-cast, or a full front boiler door and quarl, we have the necessary experience and materials readily available.
