Optimise Heat & Steam was the brainchild of Paul (Director) and eventually came into being in 2010. In 2013, Dave Firth joined the team as an engineer and is now the Engineering Manager. Dave joined the team with an in-depth knowledge of a range of systems, having come from the oil and gas industries. Initially focusing on commercial boilers, it is now our aim to provide specialist welding, engineering and design solutions for all steam and hot water systems. Throughout the extensive careers of our experienced team, Optimise Heat & Steam have been providing customers with a professional and dedicated service.

At Optimise, we can install and repair as required, and our work involves the fabrication of pipework in carbon and stainless steel materials. We also have the ability to use the pipe press-fit system. Our insulation solutions are for a variety of different applications with a wide range of uses. We have vast experience working within all types of industries such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Drink to name a few.

We have the ability to carry out repairs and maintenance on high temperature, high pressure hot water systems. We have worked within the Food & Drink Industry, Commercial Greenhouses, Schools and on Government projects, designing bespoke systems to our client's requirements. At Optimise Heat & Steam we have the knowledge and experience to supply and install a wide variety valves, Boiler Management Systems (BMS) managed.

Our engineers have many years of experience undertaking insurance inspection strip downs, re-tubing, D-patches and tube cleaning. Vertical Steam Boilers are one solution we can provide as they require a smaller footprint. They also can provide almost instantaneous steam, although they do lack the steam capacity of the shell and tube steam boiler equivalent. At Optimise Heat & Steam, we aim to deliver consistent quality and reliability, whilst developing lasting relationships with our clients. Our team of specialist engineers work on all makes and models of commercial boilers, burners, plant and equipment.
