As well as new installations, we also undertake all types of existing commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning service and maintenance. Air Conditioning (AC) is a very cost effective way of heating and cooling areas. As technology is constantly evolving, AC units of all types are becoming ever more energy efficient. They are able to economically heat and cool a building, providing a constant comfortable temperature, minimising energy and reducing utility bills and carbon footprint. Some of the more sophisticated systems are able to recover the heat from warmer areas and redistribute to cooler areas, making these systems extremely efficient.

Under Part L of Building Regulations, ventilation must be provided to any occupied area to reach a minimum requirement. As we do for heating and AC, our ventilation systems are designed and installed to suit the specific area or areas in question and are designed based on not only occupancy and size of the rooms but us having a very clear understanding of what activity is being carried out in each of the areas.
