So glad that the team installed a full central heating system for me last summer, it has been excellent now really put to the test. They ripped out the 80s warm air system and installed a boiler and all new rads. It was a big job but I couldn't fault them on price and professionalism as well as all being thoroughly decent chaps. Woke up Sunday morning to an awful smell around the house. My partner followed the smell which lead him to our boiler. Due to having very young Children in the house, one of which was poorly, we were fearful that the burning smell was hazardous so we turned the boiler off and cut the oil to the boiler. We called Assured Heatings office to see if there was an out of hours emergency number and someone answered the phone. It happened to be Lee, who is the Director, who was sorting his new showroom. Within an hour he turned up at our door and spent the next 3 hours out of his Sunday working to fix the issue. He informed us that the smell was back fumes caused by a blocked flue, he completely striped the boiler down, cleaned it thoroughly and gave it a service at the same time. The boiler now looks and works like new. Apparently, and I quote, the boiler had a stroke in the morning and open heart surgery in the afternoon. We were so grateful to the amazing customer service that we received and the fact that we weren't without a boiler on a freezing Sunday in January. We will definitely be using Assured Heating for the future and recommend them.
