We have excellent access to a large Boiler spares database and are able to obtain parts next day providing they are in stock. Our one off call out charge covers you for the first hour which is normally all that is needed to diagnose the fault. Any parts or labour cost from this point on would be discussed and agreed before any further work would be carried out so you know exactly where you stand without any surprise bills at the end. Carrying out an inspection on your boiler will help keep it running smoothly throughout the year.

Leon didn't show up on the date he was meant to and text me the day before, said he was running late on other jobs, after numerous texts I arranged for him to turn up this morning to fit the bathroom when he did show up he said he would fit the bathroom I had brought (Victoria plumb). He had never mentioned this to me before and the left. I now have no bathroom as I had rip this out prior to him turning as agreed with him. Very Unprofessional!

Really enjoyed this project in Weybridge and it's a shame it had to come to an end. We fully re-plumbed this property from scratch including Under Floor heating throughout the ground floor and beautiful castrads across the top floor. 2 beautiful bathrooms and a cloakroom on the ground floor.
