One of several key measures is enabling our teams to work from home to minimise contact within and across teams. We thank you for your understanding and assure you that all emails will be responded to promptly. To deliver you, our social housing customers the best service possible we have teamed up with our sister company Vent-Axia through our parent company, Volution Ventilation UK. This simplifies the contact you need to a single consultant and enables you to access the extensive range of products we offer for your planned maintenance along with a dedicated reactive maintenance solution to return your properties to health.
Airtech offers a full range of planned maintenance services including supplying Positive Pressure Ventilation fans and data logging fans that help to adequately ventilate the property and prevent developing condensation and mould issues and reactive callouts. Regular maintenance will help to keep the ventilation system working efficiently, protecting your assets and futureproofing them against condensation and mould.
Airtech offers a free, no obligation survey for landlords to locate condensation and mould problems in your properties, detect its causes, recommend a treatment and understand the cost of remediation. During the free condensation and mould survey we measure the humidity level, temperature and take low level damp readings to determine the extent of the problem. Airtech has been surveying and treating properties affected by condensation and mould for 30 years and our surveyors are able to identify condensation and mould issues and offer appropriate solutions to treat any problems your property may have.
Airtech offers landlords the correct solution for each individual property, including an installation service. This can range from the Air+ PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) to the environment sensing and data gathering bathroom and kitchen fans, such as the A25 SELV and the A60 Mains and SELV. Ventilation Installation after a survey - Depending on the extent of the condensation and mould problem found at the survey stage, we would ascertain the correct ventilation system to be installed in the property which could vary from extract fans that meets building regulations all the way up to fully environmental data logging fans.
