Initially APL offered a wide variety of fire and security services and consultation, but demand from their client base saw them becoming specialists in automatic fire suppression & extinguishing systems, including their DetExt F/F Automatic Fire Extinguishers.
Automatic Protection Limited offer Hydrosense water leak detection to compliment the suppression and alarm systems. As we normally protect critical areas from fire it makes sense to also put something in place to warn of any water egress in these areas as water can do as much damage as fire. Utilising Hydrosense panels, probes and hydrowire, we can give the client an early warning to any moisture in an area that it shouldn't be, allowing them to act before any damage is caused. Water - in the right place - is our most important commodity but water leaks, in the wrong place at the wrong time can damage a business in a big way.
APL have always believed in offering open protocol systems, this then (in the unlikely event of APL not being the service or maintenance provider) allows any professional company to maintain and/or change the system without having to come back to APL the supplying or installation company. APL can supply install and design all types of detection systems, our supplier of detectors are Hochiki, they are very relieable and are renowned for their stability and quality. Kentec are our predominant supplier of panels for addressable, conventional and fire suppression systems.
