Windows 10 on my lap-top had decided to upgrade itself to Windows 10(?) and, as is usual with Microsoft, everything had decided to go haywire! Thought it was me until I read online forums to see other people having the same problem. Eventually having unsuccessfully tried to uninstall the upgrade I was ready to throw it into the Forth river. Then I remembered IT Folk, who had done some work before on virus removal, so off it went to Jason at IT Folk. Within a week it was back to me and, without exaggeration, seems to be working better than new. Not only was the work excellent, the price very reasonable but Jason went through with me some of my concerns. I would unreservedly recommend them
