Fire Safe Services Ltd began trading with the initial intention of building a small customer base to which the co-directors could dedicate their time and expertise in the field of fire alarm engineering. Coming from larger organisations where good customer service is often clouded, the directors could see that setting up a company offering good old fashioned customer service was the key to a successful business. In doing this, Fire Safe Services Ltd quickly exceeded expectations and now offer a wide range of products and services to a vast amount of customers which include major retail outlets, banks, groups of motor companies, shopping centres, facilities maintenance companies, councils, government establishments and many other commercial businesses.
