Outdoor Bits is based in a scenic East Devon Fitting Centre where you can have satellite systems, solar panels, gaslow, inverters and other motorhome accessories fitted to your motorhome or caravan regardless of the weather in our indoor fitting centre.

Our Motorhome & Caravan Fitting Workshop in Exmouth, East Devon allows you to wait in comfort or do some sightseeing at the quaint seaside town of Budleigh Salterton whilst our trained motorhome fitters work on your vehicle. We also have a showroom with motorhome & caravan accessories for sale and plenty of product demos to keep you entertained and give you "hands on" before you buy. Located near Exmouth on the historic Jurassic Coastline on the modern Liverton Business Park our workshop is easy to find and even easier to get too.

LED Replacement light fittings for motorhomes have advantages over standard light fittings as they produce minimal heat as well as using 90% less energy than traditional light bults, therefore reducing a significant amount of your energy requirement as well as reducing the need to replace the bulbs as often as LED bulbs last around 10 times longer than traditional bulbs. Motorhome Air Conditioners are traditionally mounted to the roof of a motorhome, rv or caravan through a cut out in roof or you can replace a traditional rooflight with an air conditioning unit instead. We sell a range of digital inverter generators suitable for motorhomes. These motorhome generators provide "clean" output power which gives you independance from electrical hookups. This is usually the first question we get asked about generators, you need to ascertain what electrical items in your motorhome are likely to be used at the same time i.e. Television, lights, blown air heating and similar, see our table below of products and approx power requirements. Some electrical products such as fridges / mircrowaves can require up to five times their normal running power at start up.
