A family run business with over 60 years' experience, we offer an extensive range of precast concrete flooring solutions including beam and block/poly flooring, ThermaBeam flooring, hollowcore flooring, stairs and landings to the industrial, commercial and domestic markets. Concrete posts offer a longer-lasting alternative to wooden posts. Our fencing products are stocked at our Lisnaskea depot. FP McCann's precast concrete fencing products are durable, easy to install and provide an attractive finish in combination with timber fencing panels. With over 90 years' of combined experience at our Lydney and Grantham works, we are able to deliver high-quality precast concrete products at competitive market rates to all of Great Britain. Prestressed cantilever panels can be erected into their own foundation or cast into the floor slab. These panels are ideal for forming a freestanding wall to retain soil to a height of up to 4m. L shaped reinforced concrete units are available in a number of heights, from 1m to 3.75, width 1m. These units are quick and easy to install onto a suitable foundation.

Far from being an 'off the shelf' solution, our structural solutions are 'made to measure' whilst maintaining our design philosophies and standard details. Precast concrete crosswall construction is a fast, convenient way to produce multi-unit structures such as hotels, education, student, secure and health accommodation and private and social housing in a fraction of the time of traditionally built structures. FP McCann has established a reputation for providing a wide range of concrete solutions for technically demanding projects that require a precision seldom associated with precast concrete.

Our Beam and Block (T Beam) Flooring Systems are produced at our Coote's Quarry in Armagh, while our ThermaBeam Flooring is produced at our Clarke's Quarry in Lisnaskea. FP McCann will deliver to locations throughout Ireland and our sales and technical teams are on hand to discuss your requirements. All our products are manufactured in accordance with relevant British and European standards and we are quality assured to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System.

The product varies in design and strength according to its application which includes foundations, kerbs, paving and flooring. A full range of unbound granular material is excavated from our quarries and processed into various grades. A selection of bagged aggregate is available on request. Building and plastering sands and decorated coloured pebble are also available. Our waste blocks, concrete, asphalt and stone are crushed and reprocessed to create a recycled product in compliance with 'The Quality Protocol for the Production of Aggregates from Inert Waste'. As this is a natural stone product, some colour variations from the aggregate images illustrated should be expected.

I've been working for FP McCann since August 2014. I've been an estimator for several different departments (Beam & Block Flooring, Hollowcore and Stairs) and I now manage the Box Culvert department and StormChamber™ - multipurpose chamber system sales. I have worked in the precast concrete industry since 1986. During this time I have been involved in the supply of tunnel segments to many major projects across the UK. I am also the FP McCann contact for standard BAA design electrical airport pits which we have supplied to various major UK airports since 2001.
