After booking to have 2 x 2 hour cleans a week I ended up with 2 girls doing 4 hours I'm unsure what they actually did other than hoover and mop the floors. I gave instructions and even left a list of what needed doing, including changing my daughters sheets, all they did was re make the bed and put the clean sheets in a pile on the end of the bed! After 2 weeks of not seeing any improvement with the cleanliness of my home I sent photos to the owner of the dirt left behind with a complaint that in 2 weeks I'd given him over 100 and that nothing had really been done- but I never heard from him again!
