Multi Alarm GB was incorporated in the UK in 1971 by Neil Skuse, formerly of MINERVA FIRE DEFENCE. The Company was formed to meet the demand for fire detection and alarm systems in Hotels and Boarding Houses arising out of the Fire Precautions Act 1971. Multi Alarm GB quickly became recognised for a competitively priced, professional performance, all delivered with a very friendly and personal service attached. The portfolio of clients soon included local authorities and Housing Associations all charged with providing accommodation for the elderly, mentally infirm and socially disadvantaged.
Formed in 1974, Clarkson has grown to become one of the UK's largest independent, fully accredited National Fire Safety Business's. We design, supply, install, commission and maintain fire alarm systems and associated equipment, including all third party equipment and emergency lights. Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd are manufacturers of compatible smoke and heat detectors, manual call points and Interface products for MultiIFAX and UniIFAX. Apollo have certificated Multi Alarm GB control panels to be compatible with its products. The MultiIFAX control panel has extensive support for Apollo's Discovery protocol.
