AST have been looking after our gates for more than five years now and for more than 50% of the time our gates don't work. We have been broken into many times and our car insurance has been invalidated. Meanwhile they continue to be employed by our housing organisation. When they do send operatives round, we see them sitting in the car for long periods or parking on our premises and not actually doing anything. Presumably our housing association is getting billed for this and this is being passed onto us. I'm afraid our experience of this company is very negative.
