Manser & Co are a building company based in Botallack, St Just near Penzance in Penwith, Cornwall. We offer a complete building service from foundations to roof, with projects ranging from barn conversions, new builds and extensions to renovations, refurbishments and roofing. We have an OFTEC registered in-house plumber who is also qualified in solar panel installation, and we employ qualified and reliable sub contractors to carry out electrical work. All other trades; block laying, plastering, carpentry, roofing, tiling, painting and decorating are carried out in-house.
Our aim as a company is to provide an exemplary building service, the key elements being quality, reliability and value for money. We have a team of fourteen highly skilled individuals specialising in all areas of the building trade, enabling us to tackle a wide variety of projects efficiently, some of which can be seen in our project gallery. Sustainability has become an important consideration in many areas of life. Unfortunately building is a resource intensive process but consideration of the energy performance of buildings over their life and of the materials they are built from has done much to mitigate this.
