After successfully replacing all the lead valley gutters last year, Prestige Roofing was given the task of removing the defective dry verge end caps to all three gables of the house. The plastic caps had badly deteriorated and had been warped in the sun and high winds. Prestige Roofing undertook the task of replacing these and adopted the traditional mortar pointing to the end of the clay roof tiles, just as the house was originally built in 1927.
Excellent and neat work was carried out and each day the debris was swept up and taken away. Nothing was too much for them and they also replaced a defective TV aerial along the way.
I can certainly recommend using Prestige Roofing for all your roof works.

Excellent work done on my kitchen flat roof. Reliable service, reasonable price, friendly, quality service. Lovely tidy job, and tidied up beautifully too. Highly recommend them.
I asked Prestige roofing to install EPDM on my flat roofs and repair the valleys, I can only say how pleased I am with the end result. Kev and Martin were always punctual, courteous, helpful, and above all professional. They often went out of their way to do small tasks which they had noticed during the work, and at no extra cost. Due to bad weather, work couldn't always commence on time, but Kev always kept me informed if there was likely to be a time slip. At the end of each day, all debris was removed and the area cleaned up. I can only say, that if you want a superb job doing, then Prestige roofing is the company to contact. I highly recommend these guys to all who read this review, and I will certainly be using them again if I need any more work doing. Many thanks Kev and Martin for a great job, by professional craftsmen.

Latest job in cayton, Scarborough. Garage roof which had been extended and the previous contractor had covered the roof poorly. We have stripped off all the old felt and removed the defective area of decking and timber joists. Fitted all new joists properly, re-decked using sterling boards and all.
Latest job. Strip out old leaking valley tiles, fit new timber valley boards then supply and fit new lead valleys. Fix ridges back down using the dry mechanical fix method so no more pointing to ever fall out. Job done. Call for fixed price quotations on any roof works required
Recent job- offshoot and porch/bay roofs re-roofed using high grade 'Lousaval' slates- a lovely natural Spanish slate. Photos (before & after!)
Large garage roof and carport just completed using firestone epdm rubber supplied with a 20 year guarantee.
Latest job, replacing a knackered flat roof. New 18mm sterling boards laid then re-covered using Firestone rubber sheeting. Joining walls fitted with new lead flashing to keep extra watertight.
