Compliant with the requirements of the 2019 draft London Plan Radmat Blue Roof system provides an effective means of providing a Sustainable Drainage solution (SuDS) in inner city and urban environments, attenuating rainfall at roof level to help reduce flood risk by controlling the drainage of rainfall.

MedO is a green roof solution that utilises established green roofing technologies in a simple and straightforward way. A variety of green roof solutions can be created - from low maintenance sedum matting and wildflower meadows, to landscaped roof gardens with lawns, shrubs and water features. A provides a suitable growing medium to create a habitat in synchronisation with the surrounding local area, offering ideal conditions for invertibrates, animal species, colonisation by airborne plants and/or the majority of species used in biodiverse green roofing applications including 'brown' roofs.

We are proud of our products and roofing systems, and stand behind them through a range of comprehensive market leading Guarantees Backed by Insurance. Covering materials, design and workmanship our guarantees are issued following a satisfactory final inspection by a Radmat Area Technical Manager and cover direct consequential losses up to 250,000. We can also offer Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG's) on a project specific basis for to 10 years.

Radmat's range of high performance roofing systems can only perform as expected if they are correctly installed, which is why we trust that responsibility to our nationwide network or Approved Contractors. These specialist trade contractors are trained and regularly assessed by our directly employed Area Technical Managers, helping to ensure the high quality of installation expected is maintained. This allows us to issue our comprehensive guarantee covering design, materials and workmanship.
