JDP Roofing was founded in 1996 by John Pocock and has developed from a small family business into a well recognised roofing contractor. We are based in Westbrook near Margate in Kent, and we proudly offer homes and businesses across the area the very best in roofing installations and repairs. JDP Roofing has built a reputation of retaining the personal touch from owner John Pocock on every project, and he ensures that every job is completed with integrity, reliability and professionalism. Back in 2002, JDP Roofing used to use the tried and trusted method of bitumen roof covering.

If you have a problem with your roof of any kind, we want to hear from you. If we can repair your roof then we will always advise that but everything comes to end of its natural life and there may come a time when your roof needs replacing. Here at JDP Roofing we want you to have the best roof which will last as long as possible so our new roof installation is designed to give you just that. We will strip the existing covering whether that is slate or tile and then remove all of the original baton and existing felt if you have any.

Back in 2002, JDP Roofing used to use the tried and trusted method of bitumen roof covering. Until owner John Pocock met a boat builder who showed him the benefits of using Fibreglass and JDP Roofing never looked back. So, we have been installing our fibreglass roofing system longer than anyone else in the area. We use Lloyds approved marine grade resin and materials which is 4-5mm thick instead of the typical 2mm used by other installers. And it's not just roofs that we can use this technique on.

Like anything else, roofs need a bit of care and attention over the years and the team at JDP Roofing are here to solve your little roofing problems. If you have just a few missing or broken slates or tiles JDP Roofing have a wide range of suppliers to enable us to find the closest match and get them replaced. Or if you just have a few dislodged tiles in high-up, hard-to-reach places we have the equipment to come in and fix those for you. JDP Roofing are proud of their reputation and will never try and sell you a new roof when a simple fix is sufficient and there is no need to replace.
