We're unveiling InVerg, our unique new interlocking dry fix verge system for plain tiles. Its ideal for new build or refurbishment, quick and easy to fit, guaranteed for 15 years, and looks fantastic. Our Danelaw range comprises of GRP flashings including, dry fix valley troughs, bonding gutters, conti-soakers and continuous verges, and injection moulded individual soakers and dry verge systems. We also have an extensive ventilation range, from tile/slate roof vents to soffit, fascia and eaves options.
Hambleside Danelaw's building products story began in 1975, when an investment opportunity presented itself in the form of a patent for an innovative glass reinforced polyester (GRP) roofing product. A year later, Hambleside Manufacturing Limited was established; to formally produce and market the GRP products. After diversifying into rooflights and cladding, in 1983 we began manufacturing valley gutters for a Daventry-based new client, Danelaw Laminates Limited. Having worked closely for several years, discussions on a merger took place between the two companies, and a deal was done in 1992.
Our range of pitched roofing products extends from the top to the bottom of the roof- from ridge & hip systems to bonding gutters, and below the surface via roofing underlays. Our extensive experience in plastics- primarily GRP (glass reinforced polyester) and polycarbonate- is applied to develop cost-efficient, long-lasting and easy to use products that help you do your job. The roof ventilation range provides products including pitched roof vents suitable for mechanical extraction and soil pipe ventilation, to tile and slate underlays and eaves and soffit vents.
The construction industry is constantly changing for many different reasons. This can be changes in legislation, environmental pressures, evolving work practices or any other internal or external factors that require products to be adapted or new products created. Through our extensive knowledge and expertise in areas of roof design, we recognise where developments or new products are needed, where problems need to be solved or where improvements can be made. We then bring innovative products to the market that fill those gaps.
