As trained, authorised installers of Firestone EPDM Rubber we highly recommend this system for your flat roof renewal or flat roof replacement. Most flat roofs today have an existing covering built up of a 3-layer felt system, hot bonded to the decking and covered in granite chippings or reflectant aluminium paint. Due to it's lack of flexibility, this system weathers within 10 years and shows signs of blistering and breakdown of seams. If you are replacing your flat roof you won't want to install one that may need replacing again in 10 years time.
Many of our customers complain that they are tired of constantly having to employ decorators to repaint their fascia and soffits. More and more people are now turning to uPVC to give their homes a constantly effortless clean and professional look - it's not called 'Low Maintenance' for nothing! We can provide our customers with a specialist solution to their roofline needs, whether that's guttering, fascia, soffits or cladding. We specialise in the installation of either uPVC or Timber (for the traditionalists amongst you) Fascias, Soffits and Cladding, depending on your acceptance of our recommendations on what would be the most complementary to your home.
Thank you for considering ALL ROOFING & BUILDING LTD to complete your building or roofing projects. With the growing concern over asbestos, many of our customers are faced with the dilemma of what to do once their old corrugated roof starts to deteriorate. We recommend removing the asbestos and replacing with Plastic Coated Steel Box Profile Sheeting. For more information regarding ASBESTOS, please see our FAQ page or for a free no obligation quotation please contact us or email us now. What is Asbestos Cement? Asbestos cement is a mixture of cement and asbestos (usually about 10-15% of the total product) forming a hard material often used as corrugated roofing on sheds, garages, farm buildings and industrial units.
As tiling specialist we use many different types of tiles, made of either concrete or clay. We find that Natural Clay tiles have a greater longevity than concrete tiles although are not as cost effective. A great deal of our work with clay tiles involves the use of reclaimed tiles. These have been removed from an existing roof and are suitable to be re-installed onto a new roof. This is a preferred technique when trying to match a new roof with an existing one on an extension for example. Concrete tiles are available in many different sizes, profiles and colours.
