As an Independent roofing and cladding consultancy we carrying out works on a variety of projects such as new developments, design and build contracts, property refurbishment, and general maintenance. We also offer health and safety advice in roofing and cladding matters as well as failure reports, acquisition surveys and condition surveys. The practice was established in 1990 by Michael Kilbey F.I.o. R. Its sole purpose is to provide both Industry and property owners with a source of independent advice for solving problems with roofing, cladding and building envelope issues.

Our experienced designers have extensive knowledge of the range of cladding, curtain walling and roofing systems available today. They will work closely with you from the start of each assignment to produce detailed CAD drawings ready for construction.

Michael Kilbey Associates are able to offer a range of nondestructive roof testing solutions to identify the location of pin hole leaks. In conjunction with our existing thermal imaging services we are also now able to offer to clients the benefit of Electrical Capacity Testing. We use the latest deck scanning equipment to identify areas of roof where water is present below the membrane. This gives the client the benefit of identifying areas of damaged roof/insulation that are in need of remedial works.
